For hygiene and safety reasons, Aroma Blenders does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used perfume oils.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. Aroma Blenders is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
